If you shop for Medical Uniforms NZ Ltd merchandise and place your orders exclusively through Medical Uniforms NZ Ltd, any personal information that you may share with us, and with the business partners that help this site function or assist us in fulfilling your order, is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.
If you place orders by mail, internet or phone, we do compile a mailing list so we may forward information on products or services might interest you. If you prefer to have your name withheld, or wish to unsubscribe to catalogues and other product information, send an e-mail to info@medicaluniforms.co.nz and we will remove your name as quickly as possible.
We do, of course, ask you for certain kinds of personal information (see below) in order to provide the services you request. And several of our optional services and functions do use cookies. Purchases
When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Personal Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es). We do not store credit card and billing information. Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored on our servers all credit-card transactions are through Paymate.
Security
Paymate is committed to data security. Paymate uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, Paymate stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When Paymate transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers), Paymate protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored onsite are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. Paymate is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider.

PCI-DSS, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a set of security requirements relating to the protection of card holder data. The standard is governed by the PCI Security Standards Council an organisation put together by most of the major card schemes such as VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

We are a New Zealand business and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars, except if you are using CurrencySelect.
Catalogue requests
We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalogue. We also require a phone or e-mail contact, in case the address is wrong. To stop receiving catalogs or product information, simply email info@medicaluniforms.co.nz.

We need your e-mail address; they are integral to the creation of a valid user-account. However, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You can remove yourself from our promotional-email list by changing the appropriate setting yourself while logged into our website (on the "my account") page.
