Returns are accepted 7 days from the date you receive the goods. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the monies were received.
Goods returned must:
- Be in resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact,
- and unworn/unused/unmarked
- with proof of purchase, or gift exchange card
IMPORTANT: Returns can be subject to a 20% restocking fee if items are not returned in their correct packaging, folded, or require handling of some kind prior to being put back into stock.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you need to return an item AND want to re-order the same item in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please call +64-9-889 0245 to place your re-order with one of our Customer Care Consultants and have the shipping fee waived. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return. Please be sure to package your return securely. You pay for postage at the point of return.
